Purchases

My purchase isn't showing, or I changed phones

Tap "Restore Purchases" in the Shop or in Settings. You need to be signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy.

It says "Pending"

The purchase is waiting for a parent's approval through Family Sharing's Ask to Buy. Once approved, it is delivered automatically. The "Pending" label disappears after 24 hours, but the purchase is still delivered if it is approved later.

It says I've reached my purchase limit

Players under 18 have an age-based monthly purchase limit (¥5,000 under 16, ¥10,000 for ages 16–17). The App shows the date when purchases become available again. See For Parents for details.

I want a refund

Refunds are handled by Apple. Sign in at https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ and choose "Request a refund", or request one from the purchase history in the App. Refunded purchases are also revoked in the App.

What does "No Ads" remove?

It removes the full-screen ads (interstitial ads) shown when you leave the results screen after a cleared run. Rewarded ads stay available for whenever you want to watch one. "No Ads" supports Family Sharing. "Supporter" includes the same effect.

Can I pay for random items?

No. Every paid item is a one-time purchase whose contents are fixed before you buy. Sticker packs are earned for free by playing, and their odds are published on Odds & How It Works.

Sound, haptics and display

There's no sound

I want weaker haptics, or none

Choose Off, Low or High under "Haptics" in Settings.

The flashing or screen shake bothers me

Turn on "Reduce Flashing" and "Reduce Shake" in Settings. The App also follows the iOS Reduce Motion setting.

Sound and visuals are out of sync

Adjust "Audio Timing" in Settings. Bluetooth earphones and speakers can add a small delay.

Clips and sharing

I can't save a clip

Allow adding photos in iOS Settings → BAIBAI! → Photos.

A caption was copied when I exported

When an export finishes, a caption stating only the facts of your run is copied to the clipboard. You can edit it freely before posting. Posting is up to you, and the reward is given as soon as the export finishes.

How do challenge codes work?

Daily Song

When does it change?

Every day at 04:00 Japan time (19:00 UTC), a new Daily Song starts worldwide at the same moment. You get one official attempt per day, and everyone plays with the same standard loadout.

Data

Can I transfer my progress?

Game data is stored on your device. If you delete the App, your progress is deleted too. Purchased items can be recovered with "Restore Purchases".
