Privacy Policy

This policy explains how KeiConsulting ("we") handles information in the iPhone game "BAIBAI!" (the "App").
Effective date: October 1, 2026
1. The short version
- The App has no accounts, no chat and no posting. It never asks for your name, address, phone number or email.
- We only collect what we need to run the game, fix bugs, improve it, show ads and protect minors.
- We never sell your information.
2. What we collect and why

- Analytics are aggregated using a one-way hashed device identifier and are not used to identify you.
- On devices of users under 13, ads are requested with child-directed treatment: no personalised ads and no tracking. Users aged 13–17 are never asked for tracking permission.
- Highlight videos and share cards are created on your device. They only leave it if you send them with the iOS share sheet.
3. Sharing and external transmission
Information is sent to the following companies for the purposes above. See our External Transmission Policy for details.
- Google LLC (AdMob, User Messaging Platform) — ads and consent management
- TelemetryDeck GmbH — anonymised usage analytics
- Apple Inc. (App Store, StoreKit, Game Center) — payments and leaderboards
We do not share personal information with anyone else unless the law requires it.
4. Your choices
- Ad consent: where the law requires it (e.g. GDPR), choose in Google's consent form. Change it any time from Settings → Privacy choices.
- Tracking: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Analytics: turn off analytics in the App's Settings.
- Fewer ads: the Remove Ads purchase turns off interstitial ads (rewarded ads stay optional).
5. Retention and deletion
- Data on your device is deleted when you delete the App, or with Settings → Reset data.
- TelemetryDeck analytics are kept for up to 24 months.
- Support emails are deleted within 3 years after the request is closed.
6. Children
The App is a general-audience game rated 13+. Because younger children may still use it, ads and purchases are limited by age band. See "For Parents". Parents can contact us about their child's information at the address below.
7. Security
We protect information with encrypted connections (HTTPS), the device Keychain and limited access.
8. Your rights
You (or a parent for a minor) can ask us to disclose, correct, delete or stop using personal data we hold, and we will respond as the law requires (including the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and Japan's APPI where they apply). We normally hold no data that identifies you on our servers; on-device data can be removed with Settings → Reset data.
9. Changes
We will announce changes in the App or on our website, and give advance notice in the App for important changes.
